Appointment Policies

Appointments are required for all professional esthetic services offered by Betzz Beauty LLC, including professional facials, waxing services, and personalized skincare consultations. Walk-in appointments are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Arriving on Time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving on time allows your licensed esthetician to provide you with the full duration and quality of your treatment. We recommend arriving a few minutes early, particularly for your first visit.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your full service within the remaining scheduled time. However, depending on the delay, your service may be shortened or modified to avoid inconveniencing other clients. The full service fee may still apply.

Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible so that we can offer your time slot to another client. We are happy to work with you to find a convenient alternative appointment time.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We value your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to our licensed esthetician and other clients. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation Notice

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We ask that all cancellations be communicated as early as possible to allow us to offer the appointment time to another client.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-shows) may be charged a fee in accordance with our cancellation policy. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.

Shipping

Betzz Beauty LLC ships professional Skin Script skincare products and other orders to addresses within the United States. The following shipping terms apply to all product orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship via standard carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays

Betzz Beauty LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist you in resolving any carrier-related issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at betzzbeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and do our best to resolve the situation.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Skin Script skincare products from Betzz Beauty LLC. Our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of professional skincare products.

Eligible Returns

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at betzzbeauty@gmail.com before sending any items back.

Non-Eligible Returns

• Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use may not be eligible for return
• Certain professional skincare products may not be eligible for return for health, safety, and hygiene reasons

Shipping Charges
