Returns

Due to health, hygiene, and safety considerations, Betzz Beauty LLC does not accept returns on any products. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our professional skincare products and the health and safety of every customer we serve.

We do not accept returns on:

• Professional Skin Script skincare products
• Any skincare or beauty product, whether opened or unopened
• Gift cards or promotional credits, if applicable
• Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer

As an authorized Skin Script retailer, Betzz Beauty LLC holds all products to the highest professional standards. Accepting returns on skincare and personal care items would compromise the safety and integrity of those products for future customers.

Refunds

Betzz Beauty LLC does not issue refunds for products or services once a purchase has been completed. This applies to all online orders, in-studio purchases, and professional esthetic service bookings.

Please ensure that your selections are correct and complete before placing your order or booking an appointment. If you are unsure which products are right for your skin type or concerns, our licensed Chicago esthetician is happy to help guide your selection before purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are generally not offered at Betzz Beauty LLC. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item or a product that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review your situation.

To Request a Review

Please email betzzbeauty@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product you received
• Clear photos of the shipping packaging, if applicable
• A brief description of the issue

Betzz Beauty LLC will review each request individually. If we determine that you received an incorrect or shipping-damaged item, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement of the same item. Resolutions are provided at the sole discretion of Betzz Beauty LLC.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We take product quality seriously and want to ensure every Betzz Beauty customer receives the correct, undamaged item they ordered.

Report Within 48 Hours

All damaged or incorrect order claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.

How to Report

Email us at betzzbeauty@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage or incorrect item
• Photos clearly showing the damage or incorrect product
• Photos of the outer shipping packaging, if visible damage is present

Each claim is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Betzz Beauty LLC reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for each situation.

Professional Skincare Products

As an authorized Skin Script skincare retailer serving Chicago and the surrounding area, Betzz Beauty LLC sells only authentic, professional-grade skincare products. All skincare and personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable for the following reasons:

• Personal care items: Skincare products are personal care items that cannot be resold once delivered, regardless of whether they have been opened
• Product integrity: Once a skincare product leaves our care, we cannot verify that it has been stored correctly or has not been tampered with
• Customer health and safety: Accepting returned skincare products could compromise the health and safety of other customers
• Professional standards: As a licensed esthetician and professional skincare retailer, we are committed to the highest standards of product safety and integrity

Esthetic Services

All professional esthetic services provided by Betzz Beauty LLC are non-refundable once performed. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Professional facials and customized facial treatments
• Professional waxing services
• Skincare consultations
• Corrective skincare treatments
• Any other esthetic service performed by our licensed esthetician

By booking and attending an appointment with Betzz Beauty LLC, you acknowledge and agree that the service fee is non-refundable once your appointment has been performed.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please refer to our appointment cancellation policy or contact us as early as possible.

Order Cancellations

We work hard to fulfill and ship every Betzz Beauty order as quickly as possible. Because orders begin processing immediately after placement, cancellations are generally not possible once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase.

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing or have been shipped
• If you believe you made an error in your order, please contact us immediately at betzzbeauty@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you before your order ships
• Appointment bookings are governed by our separate appointment cancellation policy
